Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Items must have all original tags attached.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Customised or altered items are not eligible for return.
- An unboxing video is compulsory. Customers must record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening (unboxing) the delivered package. Returns will only be accepted if a valid unboxing video is provided as proof. Without an unboxing video, no return request will be processed.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of the returned item.
Sale & Discounted Products Policy
Products purchased during sales, promotional offers, or at discounted prices are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We encourage customers to carefully review product details, sizing, and specifications before placing an order during sale periods, as all such purchases are considered final.
