When Can You Cancel?

Orders can be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at our contact page with your order number. We will check the dispatch status and confirm if cancellation is possible.

Refund on Cancellation

If your cancellation request is approved (before dispatch), a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
